Elmore Equestrian Park have installed electronic number plate recognition. When entering via nominate (including camping only) please ensure the correct vehicle registration number is recorded as these details will only allow the boom gates to open on entry. visitors to the venue will be required to park in the designated parking area with pedestrian access to the indoor arena. Should you require an additional vehicle to attend, you will need to advise on your entry form an additional vehicle registration number for the VRHA to notify the venue 48 hours prior to include to the authorisation. 

Please note venue rules relating to Stable bedding:

• Short straw (Multicube) for use in stables only. Multicube bedding is available to order or you may bring your own bedding, long stem straw bale bedding is not permitted onsite. Note; Bedding orders made after 1pm the day prior to event wont be delivered to stable/s you will need to collect from office or lockers
• A mandatory cleaning bond applies to each stable booked; this cleaning bond is fully refundable if the stable(s) are completely stripped and cleaned of all bedding, twine, string, cable ties, signage, rubbish, any writing on walls, prior to departure. Competitors may choose not to clean their stable and forfiet their bond.
• Bedding of any kind NOT permitted in day yards.
• Tying to float, portable yards & electric fences are not permitted.
• All dogs are the responsibility of the owner and must be on leads and under strict control at all times.
